Jason Bengs Bio

Jason Bengs is an educator, speaker who loves facilitating change in the classroom.  He has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, lead learner, building and district administrator.  He has worked with classroom teachers and school leaders to make effective change to the way technology is used in the classroom.  He is has Level 1 & 2 Google Certification and is working towards being a certified trainer.  He also is a Microsoft Innovative Educator and Apple Educator.  As a result he is comfortable working with teachers in multiple platforms. 

Jason has presented at multiple conferences about how teachers can take the tools they already have and use them to enhance learning in their classroom.  He likes to take the focus off of the tools and shift it to the learner and the content.  He firmly believes that technology should always be viewed as one of many tools a teacher has at his/her disposal to personalize learning for each student.

Jason enjoys sharing his thoughts on learning and leading through his blog and other media.  He uses these platforms to not only share with others, but to facilitate his own growth.
